At Aura & Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
Aura & Co does not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Hygiene-related items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund Process
Once your return or claim is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Aura & Co.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aura & Co is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
