How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, shipping delays can happen due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to help track your order.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are designed with gentle ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. We recommend checking ingredient lists carefully and doing a patch test before full use.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We aim to partner with suppliers that prioritize ethical and cruelty-free practices whenever possible.
Can your products cure skin conditions?
No. Aura & Co products are intended for personal care and cosmetic use only and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return opened products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care items generally cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
